Refund Policy

Customer Returns Policy

In the event that one of our customers requires sending stock back to us for a refund the following will apply:

2. We would like our customers to contact our sales office prior to returning any goods to obtain a returns/collections note by either:

3. You may return goods that have not been used and are still held by us as current stock for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery providing that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The goods are in original packaging, unused, undamaged and fit for immediate re sale.
  • A copy of the returns/collection note is attached to the goods.

4. Where the goods are returned as point 3 above (not damaged) a restocking charge of 25% applies and the risk and cost of returning the goods shall be at the buyers cost. All carriage costs will be advised at point 2 when you contact the sales office to advise of the return.

5. The company will examine the goods on return and once deemed to be in a resaleable condition a credit will be processed. Unless otherwise notified by the company the price of the goods will be refunded less any restocking, delivery and/or any collection charges.

6. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of the return.
